LIABILITY RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

            I UNDERSTAND that I will be participating in a trip at the invitation of BIG PAWS OUTFITTERS, LLC. wherein certain dangers may arise to my person and property.

            IN CONSIDERATION for the services to be provided by BIG PAWS OUTFITTERS, LLC. and in consideration of the undersigneds' right to participate in the trip I do hereby accept the risks and dangers which may arise to my person and property in taking such a trip including travel to and from the location of the trip and agree to pay all costs and expenses associated with and related to protecting or relieving myself from those risks.  I hereby absolve BIG PAWS OUTFITTERS, LLC., its agents, servants, employees and representatives from all liabilities whatsoever (including liability for negligence) in respect to death, injury, loss or damage, to my person or property howsoever caused, arising out of, or in connection with my taking part in the trip and I agree to save harmless keep indemnified BIG PAWS OUTFITTERS, LLC. its agents, associates and employees from and against all claims, actions, costs and expenses and demands in respect to the death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property howsoever caused.

            IT IS UNDERSTOOD and agreed that this Release and Assumption of Risk shall be binding on myself, my heirs, executors and assigns.  I ACKNOWLEDGE having read this Liability Release and Assumption of Risk and I accept the terms and conditions contained within it.
